Ongoing Support

Ongoing support of a client and the delivered application is critical to the success of any project.  Eden has a well-equipped Support Desk which provides telephone and internet support to customers, as well as release management for all aspects of Eden’s products.

The Support Desk maintains the Eden Customer Portal which provides access to the most recent releases and patches for download as well as access to the Online Issue Reporting tool. Through the Eden Support Desk you can also arrange ad hoc user support as well as staff for full-time onsite support if required.
